8:30PM – whitney @ Fairgrounds – VPD attempted to pull over a vehicle for running a stop sign and the driver took off and then crashed the car which was stolen off of gateway dr. The driver and passenger both ran off. They found one under a car on griffen dr. They are still looking for the other man in the area of taper ct and mark st.
