7pm – 400blk Mark st – a man was outside, washing his car and heard a shooting then either himself or his son, was grazed by a bullet. I was told another person was shot up to 3 times and was taken by private vehicle to the hospital. We do not know that person’s work condition. We will let you know if there are any updates.
