Earlier today we reported a possible side show on Springs Road and on the freeway. This was from the information we heard on the scanner. The video we obtained shows it was a peaceful bike event. They stopped off in Vallejo to group back up. You cannot do donuts on motorcycles, but you can eat them.
The problem on the freeway I believe was somebody riding too fast.
