6:00PM – Smart and Final area @ Sonoma Blvd – not trying to sound overly dramatic but someone has shot what sounds like numerous people by highway 29 dispensary and smart and final and might be shooting people while running from PD we cannot tell exactly. But it appears 2 are dead and we want everyone to stay away from this area and surrounding areas. Turn on your scanner.
