    Two people bailed out of a car and ran from VPD behind Napolis on Tennessee st and up the tracks towards Sacramento. Not sure what they are running from. Stay safe.

    There was just a call about a woman with an AR 15 on Marin Street walking down the block. I went outside and noticed that it was children and called 911 to let them know. They showed up and verified it was airsoft. They did not pull weapons on the children. Good job.

  • Armed robbery

    Two men robbed somebody at gunpoint and took their car keys and then fled in their own black BMW down Capitol Street. That mans car must be better than their BMW.

    2 people were shot around 5:40PM at Simonton st in the Crest. One man shot in the hand. Not sure of other victims injuries. More than 20 shots heard.

  • Man killed on Cadloni

    Around 7:30pm tonight a man was shot in the head and killed on Cadloni Ln near Redwood Pkwy. No suspect information is known at this time.

  • Hit and run on Police car

    Someone hit a police car and took off. They are chasing this car and he has now hit someone else. They have been arrested.

  • Babies found

    2 babies found at Tennessee and Marin street sitting on the sidewalk alone – One is about 18 months old and one is 2 years old.

  • Man attacked at Safeway

    A man was jumped and we were told robbed at gun point by two men and one woman as he tried to leave Safeway (Lincoln rd West) with his groceries. A person in line stated it appeared they robbed him for his wrist watch. (7:53PM)

    A vehicle took off after hitting a person at CVS on Sonoma and Redwood. It sounds like it happened behind the store at the homeless encampment. The victim needs an ambulance but other wise states they are OK.

  • Scanner FIXED

    The police and fire scanner for vallejo app is off-line until about 11 PM tonight while I deal with the hardware issue 10PM – we killed a creative labs sound blaster card. We bought a new one and the system is back online.

    If you seen VPD with guns out at Tennessee and Sutter around 3:15PM today it was due to a Lexus with three occupants who were just seen waiving a gun around. They have been detained and the gun has been recovered.

    Vallejo Police Department is following around large groups of cars but no side shows have been reported

  • Fright night fight

    Huge fight at discovery Kingdom at the front gates and inside the park several departments on their way to help.

  • Shots fired calls

    For the past few hours every 15 minutes or so we are hearing a dispatcher call for a report of shots fired around town.
