3:37PM – i80 in Vallejo – Its hard to understand exactly what happened. A call came out of shots fired on the highway. A man was shot and there was a fight and someone down on the ground getting kicked and beat up by men in masks. There was also a crashed car and we are not sure if this is what sparked the shooting and fighting. The shooter/attackers took off in a white mercedes van (must not have been theirs). CHP and VPD caught up with them on redwood st. The men in the van pulled over and gave up. I have 30+ mins of audio between the CHP scanner and VPD. If i get enough requests i will post it.
