10:20AM – Sonoma blvd – VPD attempted to pull over a 2020 white honda crv (stolen) with no plate. A chase started immediately. VPD states the driver was seen with a firearm. They chased him to the homeless encampment at Daniels and Sacramento street. he was also suspected of being the recent shooter that took 2 lives at that location. After being helped by CHP air to locate him in the encampment he was detained and arrested. He is not the shooter.
