4:11PM – Plaza Dr – a Woman was parkING at Chevys when a man got out of a black Chrysler 300 with tinted windows and smashed her window and took her purse. The temp plate BZ45M73 was seen on Solano ave at Miller. It was registered out of Pittsburg. Police searched the area and found it near springs rd and a chase started which was called off on 680 near the concord exit due to traffic.
