1:35PM – A stolen White Elantra was found in Dan Foley Park. As VPD got behind it they took off. The officer stated that a juvenile got out of the car and ran towards the apartments. The chase was cancelled moments later. The officer still trailed the car and seen that it had crashed and footbailed on Hermosa st. VPD arrested the driver.
