11:09PM – Tuolumne st – a Maroon Chevy SilVERADO came back as stolen. VPD initiated a traffic stop and it took off on them. They chased it to San Pablo where it blew out a tire at BArrett and 43rd and the occupants took off running from the car. The driver was taken into custody immediately and the passenger took off and hid in a trash can. He was arrested looking like oscar from Sesame st.
