3:40PM – 5th st – VPD surrounded 6 men for reasons we do not know of but several of the men were armed. The men ran off when the seen officers but all 6 were detained from the help of CHP air. FREDERICK Tippins, JACQUAN Williams, SAVAUNTAE McCRAY, ISAAC RICHARD Terrell and DEMARIEL MIllard were arrested for machine gun like weapons with amror piercing bullets in them. (Glock 30 with switches that makes them fully automatic, an AR15 and other weapons) (6th male was 15 years old) There were more guns than men.
