1:20AM – Quality Inn – Admiral Callaghan lane – a man was getting in to vehicles in the parking lot and taking items. Police arrived and he evaded and a chase started until he blacked out and started driving over 100mph and the chase was temporarily called off while they got CHP and the helicopter involved. He was found on Fairgrounds and turned on to corcoran and then crashed and bailed out on foot. He started hitting fences and ended up on Erin Dr. he ran up to a porch and layed down and was caught.
