10:45PM – Lemon st – CHP air watched a mercedes doing donuts and then waited for him to park and VPD went after him. As Vpd arrived he took off on a 18min chase. They got onto eb80 doing over 100mpH Then exited and went back through vallejo to the same area it started from. it got back on the freeway and VPD stopped the chase when it entered Richmond. The vehicle parked in a driveway and got in to another car and took off again, not realizing that the helicopter was watching. Richmond PD stopped that vehicle and arrested the driver.
