10:00PM – Lake HErman rd – 100 cars were going in circles until VPD showed up and turned their lights on. Then they started taking off in both directions. They went to another location at Wilson at 37 and started up again. They started throwing bottles and shooting fireworks at the police cars. VPD chased them away from there and they went to sonoma and Lemon but were interrupted there too. VPD chased one car away for a while and they started back up and shot off more fireworks at Lemon st.
