7:05PM Shooting – Alabama St @ Butte St.
A 911 caller heard people arguing, heard 2 shots and then seen someone laying in the street. VPD has not been available for a comment, but the streets are yellow taped off. Medics were held back from entering the scene for 5-7 minutes.
Update: the person has died we have learned from Open Vallejo
