2/20 @ 6:03PM – Broadway st – a white charger took off on an officer that was trying to pull them over. The superior officer canceled the chase and right as theY did the charger crashed. The charger took off from the scene and crashed again. The driver ran from the 2nd crash scene. He was arrested. Arrest logs show the name as Edwin Plaza (25)
