11:16AM – Virginia st @ Glenn St – MARQUIS MONTRELL LEWIS was in a heated argument with a female and before leaving took out his pistol and fired it in the ground near the woman. he then came back and continued to argue with her inside the home. VPD surrounded the house and arrested him. He is in jail on $35k bail for assault with firearm on a person.
