2/14/24 – 6:15PM – VPD responded to a call regarding a grand theft at KohLs and arrested two people. Both were arrested for second degree burglary – There names are MARIAH MARIE DUCKETT, and Ramon Castro (35). Mariah also had illegal drug PARAPHERNALIA on her.
