10:00AM – Police found a veHICLE involved in a local case of grand theft (Kolhs) and attempted to pull it over. The car is registered out of pitsburg and the driver has warrants for multiple cases of Grand Theft. The driver took off on to the 780 doing 110mph. He exited pacheco dr and VPD cancelled the chase due to it going on to city streets at speeds over 100mph.
