7:34PM – HUmbolt and tennessee st. A blue 2006 honda CIVIC hit another vehicle and took off leading VPD on a chase around town. The chase was cancelled due to dangerous driving that could possibly hurt other drivers and civilians as it kept crashing and taking back off.
