4:40AM – CHP and SF PD chased a Prius into Vallejo that was jacked by a person with a knife. The Prius exited on Tennesse St and went in to the Grocery Outlet parking lot. It tried to ram CHP units to get back out of the parking lot. CHP able to stop him and arrest.
