We obtain the video from our Facebook vallejo community group. This video shows a man with the same description no shirt and jeans running around after being said to have caused an accident. This is two hours before the second video where you see him on the ground after being shot. It was said he was bleeding from his arms and cutting himself. When police showed up he was shot for going towards them with his knife. We have heard that he has not made it. This has now been confirmed
UPDATE: it has also been said that the car in the video crashed he stole just a moment earlier. Crashed it and then ran from the scene. Bystanders stated he seemed extremely high and was jumping in and out of traffic before he stole the car.
