UPDATE 2: It has been confirmed that the police were not chasing this car.
They seen it doing donuts and did not pursue it. The car then sped off thinking it was about to be chased and lost control and crashed in to a tree 🙁
UPDATE: we are told the blue Infinity sedan seen driving at a high rate of speed is in fact the one on fire with the two people deceased. RIP 🙁
Shasta St – at 9:22PM someone called in that a car was on fire and that somebody was possibly still inside. Upon arriving at the scene I was told by a bystander that a vehicle was doing donuts and it was possibly running from the police at a high rate of speed and crashed. The police have only confirmed that there was a traffic accident on that street and two people are deceased. We will update you as we learn more.
