Robbery with Shooting – A person was shot in the back of the head around 4pm today in the Target parking lot and was taken in to Chase Bank. Victim was talking at the time of the call. We do not know the condition of the victim(s). There was a walk-in victim at a local hospital. Not sure if it is the same person.
