Louisiana and shasta – at around 9:30am A tow truck driver was towing a man’s car and the man came outside with a gun and put it to the drivers head and made him unhook it. The police arrived and seen the crime and now are in a stand off situation. The man is now inside a residence, the driver is OK. The car was on private property.
