A VPD officer noticed a man with 707 tattooed on his neck speeding through the Chick-fil-a parking lot and attempted to pull him over. The driver took off and was spotted across town moments later by another officer and he jumped out of the car leaving his (probably now ex) girlfriend there with the police and started hopping over backyard fences until he was caught by VPD a short while later near Tennessee/Mendocino.
