115X Louisiana st – Tonight around 8:03PM Vallejo Police received a 911 call from a woman yelling that “someone is going to jail” and then a moment later told the operator that there had been a shooting. Shortly afterwards the victim arrived at a local hospital in a private car. The victim was shot in the head but is awake and alert.
