Annoying White Screen
There is an annoying white screen that pops up and covers the app. I’m having it fixed tonight and there will be an app update on Thursday. Until then please just close and re-open the app.

Circles
VPD states there are as many as 5 locations at the moment spread out around Vallejo with cars driving recklessly and doing donuts. Its 1`:55PM on a Monday.

Shooting
Around 12:23PM a man was shooting at others at the Super 8 motel on Solano ave. Bystanders reported seeing him trying to shoot at 3 people and then took off walking down i-80 west. We have not heard of any injuries.
