1:05PM – 1XX Carolina st – A call came out of shots heard in the area. A few moments later VPD arrived on scene to find a person on the ground. VFD and medics rushed to the area but the person was already deceased.

6:20PM – VPD was responding to a call at 2000 Ascot Parkway and moments after their arrival an officer called out shots fired. All officers are ok. The suspect who was shot by VPD is being air lifted to a hospital for serious injuries. we do not know what led to the shooting.

12:15PM – Island Pacific Market on Springs rd – 3 men forced open a car door and took a purse from a woman. They left in a newer black bmw. 12:55PM – Wells fargo – Tennessee st – 2 men got out of a black BMW and took a mans wallet with $5k in it.
